Nave Ampliación del Ayto.
La Nave Ampliación del Ayuntamiento de Santiponce, es un espacio industrial que acoge un programa misto, de dependencias locales, almacenes, Policía municipal, garage, etc.
Es un edificio que tiene la vocación de reinterpretar el concepto de nave Industrial, dotando al pueblo de un espacio que pueda contener esos usos, pero que además, permita generar otras actividades vinculadas a su situación, dentro del tejido residencial y a su escala.
La estructura modular de hormigón visto se articula en torno a un espacio a doble altura, que con una cubierta de vidrio, hace las veces de patio de maniobra, y a través del cual la nave se hace permeable al pueblo y viceversa.
The Santiponce Town Hall's Expansion Hall is an industrial space that houses a mixed program of local offices, warehouses, municipal police, garage, etc.
It is a building that has the vocation of reinterpreting the concept of an industrial building, providing the town with a space that can contain these uses, but that also allows for the generation of other activities related to its situation, within the residential fabric and on its scale.
The modular structure in exposed concrete is articulated around a double-height space that, with a glass roof, operates as a manoeuvring yard and through which the building becomes permeable to the town and vice versa.
